Your data is stored on servers located in Singapore (DigitalOcean SGP1). We use HTTPS/TLS encryption for all data in transit. Call transcripts and notes are stored in an isolated, tenant-scoped database — your data is never visible to other tenants.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data by contacting us.

4. AI Processing

TalaGuard Pro uses the Anthropic Claude API to power AI suggestions, policy lookup, and call note generation. When you use these features, relevant portions of your call transcript and knowledge base are sent to Anthropic's servers for processing. We use Anthropic's API under their commercial terms, which prohibit Anthropic from using your data to train their models without consent.
